Christian Faith Assembly is planting churches in the remote area of Tamil Nadu, India where the fragrance of the gospel of Jesus Christ has not already penetrated. Our head quarters is at Kodaikanal, a Hill Station in South India. Dr. Bevin G. Lawrence is a Medical Doctor presently serving as the Superintending Pastor of the work.

We are doing the following ministries:

Church Planting Ministry of Christian Faith Assembly:
We have 18 churches in South India and are continuing our effort in church planting

Gospel Crusades:
We preach in Gospel crusades once a month for four days.

Literature Evangelism:
We publish books, translate English books into Tamil and publish Gospel tracts.

Children's Home:
We are running a Children’s Home for the orphan and semi orphans who are adopted from the remote, underprivileged and neglected villages and from the deep jungles.

Medical Missionary Work:
A Medical Team of the TEAM Vision goes into the deep jungles and remote villages to provide free medical assistance to poor and neglected people and thereby present the love of Christ.

River of Peace Prayer Team:
We gather together on all Mondays at 6.30 p.m. to pray for the needs of people who write to us.

Praise Report
Recently I was preaching in a Gospel Crusade in South India. As I was preaching, I noticed a middle-aged man with a bottle in his hand. He was already fully drunk and was continuously drinking during the meeting and finally fell down. He was shouting abusive words then and there. At the close of the meeting this man was weeping with beating his head when the alter- call was given. Hallelujah! God touched him. On the last day of the crusade he gave the following testimony.

"On the first day I came to the meeting fully drunk. I am a drunkard for 30 years. I came to create problem in the meeting. But God touched me at the end. Next day I wanted to test myself. So I went to my usual wine shop and stood outside for two hours to know whether I have the desire of alcohol. But praise God, the desire was completely gone".

God touches a sinner even when he is under the influence of alcohol.

Like this we have hundreds of testimonies from people who are blessed by God and washed by the blood of Christ through our ministries.
